According to the article published on the media 21 April 2021 (https://www.sowetanlive.co.za/news/south-africa/2021-04-21-balobedu-to-have-first-king-in-200-years/ Modjadji Royal Council resolved to end the Queenship of Balobedu (which is the pride of the Balobedu, Limpopo & the entire country) without consulting the appropriate structures in the government, or following the legal proper procedures first or consulting properly & genuinely with Balobedu about these irresponsible decision: 

The following are known facts

1.  the Kingship or Queenship are the competencies of the presidency. What does the president now say about this following these event: https://www.sowetanlive.co.za/news/south-africa/2018-04-09-new-balobedu-queen-ushered-in-with-rainfall/

2. The rain Queen is still a minor and is expected to be ready in two years time when she reaches 18 years, so this premature decision prejudice her right to the throne.

3. Modjadji Royal Council is not the appropriate structure to decide on the King and Queenships of Balobedu, moreover not even the indunas and the balobedu have been been consulted widely & correctly when this decision was initially made. Is it possible that there is some agendas such corruption in the monarchy that has been covered or is there anything else we all don't know? 

4. The Queen Royal Council is still to be instituted which is the appropriate structure to decide on matters relating to Balobedu. 

5. This decision affects all the Mopani district chiefs far and above the Baolobedu and the rest of South Africa. The Mopani Chiefs such as Kgosigadi Mokgadi Sekgopo from Ga-Sekgopo,  Prince Mmamaila etc.  

6. The heritage of Balobedu is threatened and may be ended willy nilly through excuses that seem to be a cover up for the of greed of men in pursuit patriarchy at the expense of our rich history that spans over 200 years. 

7, There are reports that the current Royal Council is a dissident group that consist of none Balobedu people who are hell-bent to destroy the Queenship in favor of the Kingship

8. By ending the Queenship, not only does Modjadji Royal Council perpetuate patriarchy, but it is also causing conflicts between siblings, i.e. Queen Masalanabo & Chief Lekukela!!!
