Obzirom da je:
Ustavni sud Bosne i Hercegovine 29. marta 2019. godine ponovo proglasio 9. januar neustavnim, odnosno poništio dio člana Zakona o Danu Republike Srpske koji glasi "na osnovu potvrđene volje građana Republike Srpske, 9. januar se utvrđuje kao Dan Republike”.

Obzirom da je:
Proslava 9. januara kao Dana Republike Srpske jasan i direktan propust u sprovođenju konačnih i obavezujućih odluka Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine i odluka Visokog predstavnika  od 1. jula 2023. godine.

Obzirom da:
Nepoštovanje odluka Ustavnog suda Bosne i Hercegovine predstavlja krivično delo prema Krivičnom zakonu Bosne i Hercegovine.

Imajući u vidu da je 9. januar:
Dan kad pobunjenička skupina okupljena oko ratnog zločinca Radovana Karadžića naznačuje otvorenu destrukciju Republike Bosne i Hercegovine i otpočinje genocid nad bošnjačkom populacijom. Tog dana je pod komandnom palicom Miloševićevog režima i JNA krenula priprema ratne katastrofa na teritoriju Bosne i Hercegovine. Pobunjenička skupina predvođena SDS-om znala je da taj poduhvat ne može biti sproveden bez genocida nad Bošnjacima. U tome je puna monstruoznost velikosrbijanske politike. Oni su, dakle, unaprijed znali šta će uraditi i kuda vodi taj put negiranje bosanske nacionalnosti u internacionalnom poretku.

Imajući u vidu da:
Ova antiustavna, antibosanska ianticivilizacijska proslava demonstrira nepriznavanje Dejtonskog sporazuma i pokušava entitet pretvoriti u republiku ili državu. To znači da projekt 9. januara predstavlja napuštanje dogovora i varanje, to jeste otvoreno izigravanje dogovora o miru i očuvanju države Bosne i Hercegovine. to je javna zavjerenička negacije Bosne i Hercegovine. Tim datumom se slavi otvoreni napad na državu Bosnu i Hercegovinu. Stoga je jasno da je 9. januar izraz hegemonije i militarizma kojima se otvara nova katastrofa na ovim prostorima.

Mi potpisani bosanskohercegovački građani u i van Bosne i Hercegovine tražimo od Visokog predstavnika u Bosni i Hercegovini da kao čuvar Bosne i Hercegovine i antidejtonskih napada zabrani antiustavnu, antidržavnu i anticivilizacijsku proslavu 9. januara. Jer očito je da “zaleđene” državne institucije policije i pravosuđa nisu u stanju da reagiraju na zaštiti države, budući su u rukama suspektnih političkih oligarhija koje služe interesima beogradskih i zagrebačkih hegemonijskih politika.

Proslavu 9. januara jasno osporavaju institucije Evropske unije, Kancelarija visokog predstavnika u Bosni i Hercegovini, Vlada Kanade i vlade mnogih zapadnih zemalja, jer proslava 9. januara za njih predstavlja udar na Ustav Bosne i Hercegovine, te udar na Dejtonski mirovni sporazum, ali i udar na mir i bezbjednost u Bosni i Hercegovini, regionu, Evropi i svijetu.

"Joining the IGC's Fight Against Genocide: Sign the Petition to Ban January 9th Celebrations"

Whereas:
On March 29, 2019, the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina again declared January 9 unconstitutional, i.e., annulled the part of the article of the Law on the Day of the Republic of Srpska, which reads "based on the confirmed will of the citizens of the Republic of Srpska, January 9 is established as the Day of the Republic".

Whereas:
The celebration of January 9 as the Day of the Republic of Srpska is a clear and direct failure to implement the final and binding decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the decisions of the High Representative from July 1, 2023.

Whereas:
Failure to comply with the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina constitutes a criminal offense according to the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Given that January 9:
The day when the rebel group gathered around the war criminal Radovan Karadžić indicates the open destruction of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and begins the genocide against the Bosniak population. On that day, under the command and baton of the Milošević regime and the JNA, started preparations for war crimes on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rebel group led by the SDS knew that this undertaking could not be carried out without genocide against the Bosniaks. This is the whole horror of Greater Serbia's politics. Therefore, they knew in advance what they would do and where the denial of Bosnian nationality in the international order would lead.

Bearing in mind:
This anti-constitutional, anti-Bosnian, and anti-civilizational celebration demonstrates the non-recognition of the Dayton Agreement. It attempts to turn the entity into a republic or state. This means that the January 9 project represents an abandonment of the agreement and a violation. It is an open violation of the agreement on peace and the preservation of the Country of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a public conspiratorial negation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. That date celebrates the open attack on the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Therefore, it is clear that January 9 expresses hegemony and militarism, which are opening a new disaster in these areas.

We, the undersigned citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in and outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, ask the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as the guardian of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the anti-Dayton attacks, to ban the anti-constitutional, anti-state and anti-civilization celebration on January 9 because it is evident that the "frozen" state institutions of the police and judiciary are unable to react to the protection of the country since they are in the hands of suspicious political oligarchies that serve the interests of Belgrade's and Zagreb's hegemonic policies.

The celebration on January 9 is clearly disputed by the institutions of the European Union, the Office of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of Canada, and the governments of many Western countries because, for them, the celebration on January 9 represents not only an attack on the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and an attack on the Dayton Peace Agreement, but also an attack on peace and security in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the region, Europe and the world.
