The outreach from every corner of Australia has given Nazanin's family hope, and demonstrated the integrity and warmth of our people - despite the actions of our government. However, Nazanin's situation continues to deteriorate. She was admitted to hospital after losing consciousness and now her kidneys are showing signs of failure. Something needs to change - and soon. While Peter Dutton may be too busy to return my calls, that won't stop me from continuing to get the word out about Nazanin, because she deserves a voice.
