Dear Honourable Michael Mischin MLC, I refer to you letter referenced 44-12236. If it is in your opinion inappropriate for you to become involved in my petition, then who be appropriate to become involved? The Police are acting contrary to the CCC, Magistrate Lawrence, and commonsense. Indeed the Police's own senior solicitor, as identified by Premier Barnett has pointed out the police do not properly understand the law in my case. In a recent meeting with police complaints Officer Greg Glossip, he laughed when I pointed out the police reports were untrue and a cover up of fact, commenting "I should see others (reports)" . Even a quick glance at these reports would uncover the lies the police are passing as truths. It seems that Western Australian police are untouchable. Clearly, self regulation is not working in the polices case and leaves the door open for corruption. Please do not turn a blind eye to this and become involved. Yours Sincerely, Greg Haig.
