Shows the lies told by Constable Allan Ball when covering up his incompetence and/or corruption. Shows I was held against my will by Casino Security, who admitted the same. Shows there was no Prima Facie case against me for assault as the Statement of Material Facts was based on hearsay, not facts. Constable Ball admits he compiled it from what Constable Kirstein saw on CCTV (she watched the CCTV footage under supervision of security guards and didn't view the complete footage at any stage) and comments made by security guards. Constable Ball did not take notes. Shows police using unsigned statements and other tampering with evidence. I trust you will find this new and compelling evidence of police corruption and incompetence. I ask again that you reconsider your position and ask the police to review the matter.
