As lifelong fans, the continued poor performance of the New York Jets has left us questioning the capabilities of the current ownership. We believe that Woody Johnson, the present owner, has not demonstrated the leadership required to steer this team in the right direction. Under his ownership, the Jets have failed to make the playoffs for the past 14 consecutive seasons: the longest drought in all of sports.
