This petition is calling for the International Criminal Court at the Hague to allow Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to carry out his duties as Mayor without hinderance from them. He needs access to the internet to achieve this and to be sworn in as Mayor, hope we can garnish many signatures and supporters of this survey to show our strength and resolve to them.
