FDA does not believe BVO is "a public health priority"

Here's some information about the FDA's stance on BVO which is not a secret, but frustrating nonetheless. BeverageDaily.com writes that the FDA's stance on BVO is that, "changing the interim approval status of BVO would require an 'expenditure of the FDA's limited resources' and 'is not a "public health priority for the agency at this time." Well guess what FDA? It is a public health concern, for us!
