Despite the announcement of the ceasefire in 1994 the Armenian army continues killing children in Azerbaijan. In the past years 33 children were victims of Armenian terrorism,  14 of them were killed and 19 had been wounded. July 4 at 20:40 the Armenian armed forces subjected to fire the Alkhanli village of Fizuli region (territory of Azerbaijan), using 82 and 120 millimeter mortars and heavy grenade launchers. As a result of this provocation of Armenia, the residents of the village Guliyeva Sahiba Idris gizi (born in 1967), and Guliyeva Zahra Elnur gizi (born in 2016) were killed. Zahra was 2 years old. Guliyeva Servinaz Iltifat gizi (born in 1965), who has got fragment wounds as a result of shelling, has been taken to the military hospital and had surgery operation. We must condemn terrorism of Armenians against the civil population of Azerbaijan, and we should not ignore the crimes  committed against children and we  urge international organizations to force Armenia to follow international  norms and principles of international law.
