I finally got ahold of Hershey again after sending them the hospital records and the messages back and forth my daughter the day of and a voice recorded statement from her that day explaining what happened and they still refused to change their findings.

We were also assigned a new case worker. I thought it was because they got tired of me calling and screaming but it was to keep the case open as long as possible. They reached their "60 Day" mark and needed to get someone else involved to keep it open so they sent it to a lady who provides the ongoing services. After speaking with her on the phone I allowed to her to come talk to us but made it clear that we were not going anything else but to talk.

The very first thing she says to us is that she doesn't understand why this is still open it should have been closed long ago but she had to come talk to us and document that she did so she can go back and officially close the case. I will know something by Tuesday if she was successful or not. Her main objective is to close this case. 

We did meet with an attorney who explained that they are using bully tactics to try to force us into things we are not legally obligated to do. If they try to get the courts involved he will gladly step in and help me pound them into the sand. 

This system is beyond crooked and messed up and needs to be looked into. Please keep this going.
