Victim Update and Legislation push

Dear Friends, The boys are on the road to recovery, victim B will still have his jaw wired shut for another five weeks. Victim A, a brilliant developer, hosted a major conference at Temple University today, working on centralizing the Philadelphia Art Market with his latest project: ArtJawn.com. He has worked hard to overcome this experience and not let it slow him down! He is always working on unifying the artists of Philadelphia and today was such a victory not only for him, but for all of Philadelphia's diverse artists. It was great to see victim A smiling and standing tall after the past few weeks. The alleged assailants have been following their brutal physical attack on this innocent gay couple with vicious and accusatory letters from the suspects' team of lawyers to every single news station that covers the story. It has been a rough month and the boys appreciate your continued support of them and this crucial petition for Hate Crime Law change. It is so important to make sure that this kind of hate against a homosexual couple is not tolerated, and never repeated in our city. Legislators are working tirelessly to continue pushing for an amendment to the PA Hate Crime Law to include protection for sexual orientation.
