My two daughters, Hanna Lee (Age 7) and Skye Rex (Age 5), have been missing since March 17, 2020. The disappearance of my two daughters aligns directly with the time my ex-wife was provided with a judge's order for immediate transfer of custody of both of my daughters to me until the final custody date. Up until 3/17/20, I had conversations 3 times a week with my daughters however after their mother was provided with the judge's emergency order all communication has stopped. The children have not been seen at their last known residence since the judge's order was signed on 3/17. This case is currently being treated as a missing persons for my two daughters because the Franklin County Assistant District Attorney has refused to file criminal charges so far citing lack of proof my ex-wife read the emergency order despite her attorney sending a copy to her email. Yet, the disappearance and lack of communication coincides directly with the signing of the emergency order. Filing criminal charges will open more options and allow for greater assistance from local, state, and possibly federal law enforcement to assist in locating my daughters. Their mother is non responsive to emails, phone calls, or messages. How long do my daughters have to be missing before someone in the Franklin County District Attorney's office takes action? It's already been over 60 days as of 5/19/2020. Please help in signing this petition to put public pressure on the District Attorney's office to file the kidnapping charges against my daughter's mother who is in direct violation of court orders. Please assist in signing this petition to apply pressure so more resources are available to assist in locating my daughters. The longer this kidnapping continues, the greater the concern over my daughters safety and physical, mental, and emotional health.
