Mise à jour sur la pétition
This is not a defeat , hate and verbal threats are making bull terriers and there owners look bad
19 sept. 2018 —
Iv come to the decision that I am going to close this petition, I dont see this as a defeat but a show in strength of bull terrier owners and lovers, this petition was started against penguin random house books, unfortunately they decided to hide behind there big corporate walls of there building leaving the author Michael Whaite to take the brunt end off it. I agree the author should have been involved in the issues we have, but as soon as verbal hate messages and death threats to him and his daughter began then this deemed the petition to get anywhere. With all the hate speech that has gone on since the petition started , I feel along with many other supporters that have messaged me this is doing more harm then good to the bull terrier name. We are trying to protect the breeds name yet many people are going against them and classing them as a thugs dog because of the constant abuse and threats being made. Hopefully the show of strength on this petition will have future effects and will be a learning curve to many people to do more research first. I hope you all understand and agree with me on this.
Once again , thank you for the show of support for the bull terrier.
