On Saturday April 8, 2023,  My sister and I were standing outside of my car getting ready to take my dog for a walk in Snohomish we were on 3rd Street and Ave A. A FOUR WAY INTERSECTION THAT HAS ONLY TWO STOP SIGNS.  And its not far from the elementary school!!  Its a residential area!  I was parked behind my sister. A 2017 GMC sierra was t-boned,  spun out of control, slamming into my sister, and my car.  My car was sandwiched between the truck and my sisters car and my sister ended up pinned between the curb and the truck tire. (You can see where she was pinned in the picture)   I was side swiped by the truck mirror and hit my head.  I have some soft tissue damage, neck and shoulders are sore  but my sister has a fractured clavicle and a broken shoulder blade.  My sister nearly lost her life that day.   Im starting this petition in hopes of making a change!  I want FOUR STOP SIGNS AT ALL FOUR WAY INTERSECTIONS IMMEDIATELY!  And then I want round abouts in residential areas and near schools.  PLEASE HELP ME MAKE THIS CHANGE!!
