Dear Mr. Abbonizio, regarding PECO recent letter about changes to the 2020 PECO plan and impact on the Chester and Delaware Counties (no date, signed by J. Garvey) please be informed that the community perception is the following:
PECO has not shared with the community any objective information about the exact number of trees to be removed, their location, and possible environmental impact; PECO also continues to be silent whether any assessment of the risk of flooding or impact on water runoff was performed.
