As well as other numerous innovations in the life of Russia successful gold exploration and mining were introduced by Peter the Great. When travelling in Western Europe Peter became acquainted with fundamentals of mineralogy, mining and metallurgy and being confident in mineral potential of Russia did his best to organize geological exploration in then a backward country. Invitation of skilled professionals from the most advanced European countries (England, Germany, and Holland) was a very important step forward.

The results did not make wait for too long. In 1702 the first silver deposit was discovered in Transbaikalia (Nerchinsky Mine) and first Russian silver was produced shortly after that. In 1714 one then very few Russian chemists Ivan Makeev managed to detect gold in predominantly silver ore of the Nerchinsky Mine and in 1719 the first gold bullion was produced.
The US has technology that is 1 or more generation ahead of it's allies and several generations ahead of the rest of the world...and gaining.

America and Obama and the rest of the world needs to use our technology and get all the gold that Russia has and use it to save america and create world peace. Of course Russia will hate this but they have a sneaky past and now the NATO expansion will plant a permanent seed of mistrust between the United States and Russia. It will worsen existing differences on everything from nuclear-arms control to policies in Iraq and Iran. It will push Moscow into alliances with China, India and rogue regimes. And it will move America towards unilateral actions, disregarding the interests and positions of other states. We must get in good faith with China along with Iraq and others countries because with this gold we can make every ones dreams come true and eventualy even Help russia build its own Country.

People this has to be done even if there are risk we must all work together.....
