*UPDATE:*  

Tonight, I took a noise reading around 9pm — and the CHP is still unacceptably loud. Metropolitan previously claimed that after testing *six* flats (out of 80+) in *May 2025*, the noise was “within guidelines.” But they handpicked the flats and times to suit them.  

Now, with colder weather, the CHP is running louder and longer — and residents are suffering. Environmental Health guidelines and our *right to rest* are being ignored.  

Paying residents deserve immediate action.
