House Bill 1638 will eliminate the physical inspection "safety" requirement of The Pa Appraiser Law written to protect consumers and their automobile investment. A proper, safe and accurate auto damage estimate cannot be prepared by photos taken by vehicle owners not trained in the repair of damaged automobiles. Please help us protect the consumers of the Commonwealth by stopping HB 1638.
