There has been instance where under WildLife Protection Act 1972 Section 11(1)(a) Animals are declared man eater and are shot dead with help of Conservationist , pretty unique Conservationist with a Hunting Rifle Forest Officials are invite Private hunters & used  their service to hunt  animals to hide their failures. State and Central both Blames each other or say try to save each other, and Hunters enjoy the fun.

They enjoyed their shot and no one to touch them because they know the law better as rightly said CONVINCE THEM, CONFUSE THEM OR CORRUPT THEM. Hunters successfully used this trick as they know Officials are less educated and doesn’t know  law at all.Forest Dept rather officially training own staff to handle man animal conflict seeking intervention in official manner through deals directly with Hunters in personal capacity. Latest Technology as Hand Gliders, Drones with/without authority/Permission from Ministry of Civil Aviation, calvin klein perfume all are hunting tactics and Government is sleeping and letting wild life offenses legalised. The main reason identified as per Data for Handling Human Animal Conflict is shocking:

1. Shoot Order mostly shot by Private Hunters

2. Poisoning by Villagers

3. Electrocution by Villagers

4. Poaching, Snarles, Traps Forest Dept unable to identify them

Time & on Amendments in Wildlife, Forest Act are not being implemented, Central and State Government has turned out to be boon to hunters because of their lackluster attitude.

The Only solution lies with government which they are not ready about i.e sync with Activist, but they chose to sync with Hunters.
