Victory!!! Finally after Lifeforce has fought against Vancouver Aquarium expansion and captivity for 36 years captivity and a proposed referendum was defeated. A Cetacean Bylaw will be implemented to end all cetacean captivity!!!! The Vancouver Parks Board all voted in favor! My tears of happiness is for the future of dolphin freedom in Vancouver.
