We, the undersigned, demand that the VC and Canterbury University Council return to the TEU, E tū and PSA Unions Collective Agreement Negotiations with a pay rise that reflects the worth, effort and aspiration of those you employ. UC staff make the University of Canterbury the successful university it is. What has been offered to date is not good enough.

The VC and University of Canterbury Council must lead by example and uphold the university's values of whanaungatanga, manaakitanga and tiakitanga.
