They finally did it! After much haggling and haranguing- Carver is being paved. They made a schedule and they’ve been crisscrossing the streets starting with Norton and coming east. The city nor none of the workers could confirm if they were going to actually pave this block because of the ongoing historical cobblestone talk, but something must have changed when they saw how good the other streets looked. There was no way they could leave this block untouched while the others were maintained. I’m going to go ahead and say thank you to all of you. Supposedly this hasn’t happened on Goshen. Ever. It hasn’t even been taken care of in its historic state. But now it looks great and you can drive and walk down the street. An actual street. We fucking did it.
