Trees Are Gone!

In a brazen attempt to preempt a pending judicial decision, the Town of Brighton has aggressively shifted its construction schedule to destroy historic greenspace, mature trees, and a beloved community playground—all while an active Article 78 proceeding and a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) await a ruling in the Monroe County Supreme Court.
