The legal challenge has officially begun!

As of this morning, the Article 78 and Temporary Restraining Order have been formally filed.   We are taking a stand to hold the Town of Brighton Supervisor and Board accountable to the law—and to ensure that our community is never shut out of the decisions shaping our public spaces and parks.
