The following attachment is the argument put forward by Mr BRAD HAZZARD ( Wakehurst—Minister for Health, and Minister for Medical Research) for the reasons why the Public Health act regarding vaccinations needed to be changed. Note that Mr Hazzard states that, " the review recommended strengthening existing childcare vaccination requirements..." BUT the review did not recommend "exclusion of unvaccinated children from child care..." facilities. He has also stated that, "...the New South Wales Government has considered the issues and has heard community calls..." (I am wondering where the proof of the community calls are located because he has not provided any evidence). Mr Hazzard also stated "...indeed calls from the Prime Minister..." was also another reason why an increase to vaccination rates in child care were needed (The biggest link to the No Jab No Pay policy). Mr Hazzard also states, "More disturbingly, there are small pockets in the community who not only do not support vaccination but also peddle lies and misinformation about the safety and effectiveness of vaccination". If vaccinations are so safe and effective I wonder why in the USA, who use a very similar vaccination regime as australia, has spend a Total compensation of $3.7 billion through their Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
