Nearly 2000 .... time for an update..... & an amendment.

In the light of my meeting with ULHT, I’ve amended the petition to face the reality that ParkingEye is here to stay - the barriers aren’t coming back.

That doesn’t mean we have to accept the status quo. At the moment the system is still far from fit for purpose. Until it is ULHT should consider suspending it entirely while the many “glitches’ are sorted out. 

I hope this realistic amendment as to what is possible meets with everyone’s approval.
