A new petition going viral...

Ladies and gentlemen, I very much appreciate all of you signing and sharing my petition. Though it has been months, it just is not taking off even though I am constantly sending links etc. I just came across a petition (same topic) that was recently started by a lady in NJ and it has gained a ton of votes in just 24 hours.
