On April 6, 2020, Peel Regional Police were responding to a mental health call in Brampton when they murdered D’Andre Campbell.  The 26-year old was tased and then shot by police. “He was Tased twice. He was already on the floor," Michelle Campell, D’Andre’s sister, told CTV News. They had been called previously before to intervene with mental health crisis’ D’Andre faced, so he felt safe to do so.

He was mentally ill and instead of being helped he was murdered by police. This happens in Canada too though nothing is being done about it. We demand justice for this man who's life was cut too short. The officers responsible need to be tried and fired without pay for what they did to this man.
