Please help these emaciated horses in Massillon Ohio, the owners have them all chained by their necks living in MUD outside with no shelter food or water, the sad thing is the Stark County Humane Society, the police officers. at least the police are trying to do something but their hands are tied without the Humane Societys help,, they all know about this and have known for two years. but the Humane Society refuses to do anything about it please sign this petition to get the Humane Society to go in and save these horses.. no living creature should be allowed to be treated this way and get away with it by law.. these horses need to be removed immediately and seek medical attention right away. the Humane Society is looking the other way please tell Stark County Humane Society how you feel about them allowing this to continue!
