Most people will never need a service dog… Most people will never understand what it's like to depend on one for safety, independence, or daily life and that's ok. You don't have to live with a disability to understand that every person deserves dignity, respect, and protection. Tiny's Bill was never written because I wanted special treatment. It was written because no disabled person should have to wonder whether their service dog will be protected during a crisis. No family should have to fear unnecessary separation from a medical service animal, and no one should be forced to fight for basic understanding after the fact. At its core, Tiny's Bill is not about one dog… It's about creating better outcomes. Better education. Better awareness. Better accountability. Better protections. Because the measure of a community isn't how it treats people when things are easy. It's how it treats the people who need help the most. That's why I'll continue pushing forward.
