The Shield Act Petition: Protect Victims of Gangstalking, Blacklisting, Spiritual Abuse, and Domestic Coercion

"They are screaming for help, but their screams are silent. Their wounds are invisible. And their suffering has been ignored for far too long."

Every day in America, countless victims are trapped in terrifying forms of abuse that most people don't even know exist.

Victims of gangstalking — organized psychological harassment where groups of people follow, stalk, surveil, intimidate, and emotionally torture a person around the clock.

Victims of blacklisting — people who are secretly denied work, housing, medical care, and basic life opportunities because their names have been smeared behind closed doors by powerful abusers, companies, religious organizations, or controlling individuals.

Victims of spiritual coercion — men and women manipulated and terrorized by curses, rituals, spiritual intimidation, and threats of supernatural harm.

Victims of post-separation domestic violence — survivors who escape their abusers, only to be continually stalked, harassed, and tormented through new methods of invisible control.

💔 These victims are hiding all around us — and America’s legal system has abandoned them.

You cannot always see their bruises. But their lives are completely shattered.

They wake up in fear every morning.

They look over their shoulder constantly.

They move from place to place trying to escape people who follow them, harass them, or spiritually torment them.

They’re gaslit by authorities who tell them:

> "It’s all in your head."

"There’s nothing we can do."

"You can’t prove it."

And while they suffer, their abusers act freely — unchecked and unpunished.

💔 The truth no one wants to talk about:

👉 Some victims are hunted by abusive exes who organize stalking groups to terrorize them for years after separation.

👉 Some are blacklisted by corrupt employers, corporations, or organizations who destroy their ability to work, live, or rebuild their lives.

👉 Some are targeted by spiritual abusers who perform rituals, place curses, and weaponize faith to control their victims’ minds and souls.

👉 Some are victims of domestic violence who escape physical beatings — only to live in endless emotional and psychological torture, day after day, year after year.

💔 Their stories are horrifying.

Samantha escaped her abusive boyfriend after years of beatings. But after she left, the stalking began.

His friends followed her. Cameras appeared outside her home. Strangers called her job, spreading lies. Every time she changed cities, they found her. The police dismissed her as paranoid. But she wasn’t. She lived in terror — every single day.

David was fired after reporting misconduct at work. Quietly, his name was added to an invisible list. No one would hire him again. His applications were blocked behind closed doors. He lost everything — his career, his savings, his home. He now sleeps in his car, wondering how his life was stolen without anyone laying a hand on him.

Maria grew up in a spiritually abusive cult. When she finally escaped, they declared her cursed. Rituals were performed against her. She received threatening letters promising that demons would follow her. She now lives in fear, constantly watching her back — and no one believes her.

Angela fled domestic violence with her children, thinking they were safe. But her ex used the courts, social media, and organized harassment to continue tormenting her. Fake accusations, endless custody battles, people watching her house, and even threats from strangers. Her children now live in anxiety, afraid that safety is just an illusion.

💔 These stories are not rare.

They are happening right now — in every city, every state, every community.

And still:

> No American law exists to protect them.

💔 The United Kingdom has passed laws criminalizing coercive control and spiritual abuse.

💔 America has done nothing.

Our legal system still focuses only on visible bruises and physical violence.

But the wounds these victims carry are mental, emotional, spiritual, financial, and psychological.

Their lives are being slowly stolen, while the law looks away.

🔨 That is why we are demanding The Shield Act.

The Shield Act will:

🚨 Criminalize gangstalking and organized harassment.

🚨 Criminalize blacklisting and coordinated career destruction.

🚨 Criminalize coercive spiritual abuse and psychological manipulation.

🚨 Fully protect domestic violence survivors from post-separation abuse.

🚨 Train police, judges, and legal professionals to recognize invisible abuse.

🚨 Create civil remedies and victim compensation.

🚨 Establish federal databases to document, track, and expose these invisible crimes.

🚨 Offer safety, healing, and justice for those who have been silenced.

💔 Every moment this Act is delayed, more lives are being destroyed.

Survivors live in fear every single day.

Children grow up watching their parents be hunted and tormented.

Victims give up hope and end their lives because no one believes them.

Abusers continue their reign of terror without consequences.

We must act now.

We must protect the invisible victims.

We must pass The Shield Act.

👉 SIGN THIS PETITION. SHARE THEIR STORIES. DEMAND CONGRESS TAKE ACTION.

💔 If we don’t fight for them — who will?

✊ Stand with the unseen.

✊ Stand with the unheard.

✊ Stand with the unprotected.

✊ Stand for justice.

✊ PASS THE SHIELD ACT.
