I named him Midget because he was my tiny shy love. Now his name carries something bigger.

M.I.D.G.E.T.S. S.O.S. — the Medical Identification, Dosages, Guidelines, for Error Tracking Standards Soulful Omnibus Safety Act — is the formal legislative name of the bill I wrote in his memory. The full bill draft and policy packet are now public and linked on my page.

His memorial dedication is at the heart of the bill, exactly where it belongs. This fight starts in Tennessee — but it belongs to everyone who has ever loved an animal.
