Pass GA SB122: Empower Georgia Breweries & Expand Consumer Choice!

Pass GA SB122: Empower Georgia Breweries & Expand Consumer Choice!

The Issue

Georgia’s craft breweries are essential to our state’s economy, community, and culture. Yet, outdated laws restrict their ability to grow, compete, and serve customers. SB122 is a crucial step forward, modernizing regulations to support small businesses, expand consumer choice, and create economic opportunities across Georgia.

If we don’t act now, Georgia breweries will continue to face unnecessary barriers that limit their potential. SB122 will:

  • Allow Self-Distribution – Small breweries will have the freedom to distribute their own products without being forced into third-party agreements. This levels the playing field and enables local businesses to thrive.
  • Remove the Daily Cap on To-Go Sales – Current laws restrict how much beer customers can purchase to take home. Lifting this cap puts Georgia on equal footing with other states and gives consumers more freedom to support their favorite breweries.
  • Permit Charitable Contributions – Breweries cannot donate beer to fundraising events and nonprofits. SB122 changes that, allowing them to contribute to important causes and strengthen community partnerships.

Legislators are making decisions now, and your voice matters. Signing this petition sends a clear message that Georgia stands for small business growth, fair competition, and consumer rights. Sign today and help move Georgia’s craft beer industry forward.
