⚠️ Important Update on Emmanuel’s Case

We want to clarify that earlier information suggesting Emmanuel had been found was not accurate. Though Jake was onsite showing sheriffs where he believed he was, he was not found.
As of August 24, 2025, Emmanuel has not been located. Authorities now believe that the original kidnapping claim was fabricated. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has stated that evidence indicates Emmanuel is likely deceased, though search efforts are still ongoing.
Both parents, Jake and Rebecca Haro, have been arrested on suspicion of murder. Investigators are continuing to search for Emmanuel’s remains using specialized teams, forensic experts, and advanced technology. Despite extensive searches, Emmanuel has not yet been recovered.
This case is a heartbreaking reminder of why we are fighting for Emmanuel’s Law. Children should never be placed back into the custody of convicted abusers or individuals with violent histories. Emmanuel’s story underscores the urgent need for change to protect vulnerable children across the nation.
Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition. Your voices matter. Let’s continue pushing forward for justice, accountability, and meaningful reform in Emmanuel’s name.
