Most students did not live in college hostel for more than 30 days but they are expected to pay fees for entire year. It is suspicious that the college suddenly reopened in February (2021) and closed within a month. Because this one month stay is being used by the university as an excuse to pay entire semister's hostel fees. 

Now again they are suddenly opening the university. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! to get money out of students. Only reason parul university is so determined to open is because they need an excuse to suck money out of student's parents.

I mean just think about it for a second. India's best universities have not opened at all since the start of covid-19 crisis even after getting clearance from the government. But parul university is so concerned about the students education that they don't even care if students die or become broke!
