I’m writing this petition in hopes that the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole WILL NOT grant parole and subsequent release to Nadir Turner (Inmate #HK9143), a convicted CHILD MURDERER, currently serving time at SCI Frackville.

My son, Jordan Jackson, died at the hands of Nadir Turner a mere 13 years ago. He brutally and purposefully beat my 4 year old son to death in September of 2007. Jordan’s injuries included broken arms, broken legs, broken ribs and a fractured skull which caused internal bleeding in his brain. My Jordan was pronounced dead on September 14, 2007.

Jordan was only 4 years old.

Nadir Turner was charged and convicted of murder, but only sentenced to 13-35 years in prison.

On March 10, 2020 I spoke to the Pennsylvania Parole Board, in hopes that they will keep this child murderer behind bars. As a mother, I am doing everything I can to fight for my son. 13 years is not justice for a crime this heinous. Please help me in this fight.
