Jeremy Molitor was denied his request of Day Parole, which would release him from prison back into a community, back in November 2014. Molitor Appealed the Parole Boards decision. We, Jessica's family, were told not to worry, that the possible chance of his Appeal being approved is very slim. IT WAS APPROVED!!!!! Jeremy gets to have another parole hearing to try and be granted his release from prison. We, Jessica's Family, are shocked, hurt, angry(and a whole bunch of other emotions) about this situation. We will be travelling back out to B.C. this coming November 26th to sit in the Parole Hearing and read our Victim Impact statements to the parole board. We ask the community to please begin to share this petition again and get as many people as you can to sign(who haven't already signed it) Also, if you were thinking about writing your own statement to the Parole Board on your thoughts as to how this crime has effected your life and why you believe Jeremy(a murderer) should NOT be released back into society, PLEASE WRITE ONE AND SEND IT TO THE PAROLE BOARD. The deadline date to submit statements is on November 9th, 2015. To make a submission to the parole board: Mailing address: Parole Board of Canada 200-1925 McCallum Rd., Abbotsford, BC, V2S 3N2 Email: victims-pbc-pac@pbc-clcc.gc.ca Fax: 604-870-2498 In honour of Jessica Nethery, lets do everything we possibly can to keep the man who brutally murdered her, in prison. We deeply thank everyone for their continued support in this petition and the up-coming hearing. Sincerely, The Nethery Family
