Procurement NOT on Legislative Agenda

Deafening silence from the government regarding proclamation of the Regulations and others parts of The Act. Looks like we will see it appear one month before the General Elections due later this year. The country needs this legislation more than ever now, as money is being thrown at new projects in the name of stimulating the economy to recover from the COVID19 pandemic impact, without oversight from the OPR.
