Tabling Proposed Amendments in Parliament has been DELAYED AGAIN

It was announced that the last sitting on 29th Feb 2020 will debate on crime, so it is likely that the proclamation of the proposed amendments to the Act may have been shifted to March 2020.  The Government is well-advised that Procurement Legislation will, in the medium term, be an important strategy to REDUCE crime......WHEN FULLY PROCLAIMED!
