Lord Ashdown Stated UK's Responsibility on BNO Holders

Thanks for Lord Ashdown to speak for the situation of Hong Kong. This is the first time a UK MP to suggest the BNO to be extended to the right of abode. He will present his findings of Hong Kong to the Houses of Parliament on 17 January 2018.
