Removal of clause relating to 'MP's being forced to hold by-election when changing parties'

 I'm Truly sorry but I had to take out the part about MP's resigning and joining other parties without a by-election being necessary. That particular issue is already being petitioned by someone else and this petition to amend the Recall MP act would be denied were it to remain included.

I do hope you understand the need to do this and don't in any way feel hoodwinked. That was not the intention. You can still sign my petition though as it is for a similar cause.  To give us back some rights over these corrupt politicians.
