The actual low allows euthanasia of the dogs in public shelters every 14 days.Some Romanian public shelters, not few, has made a bussines from capturing and killing the dogs, no metter if they are young or healthy,no metter if they have puppys,no metter if they have place and funds.They give only 14 days for a possible adoption,making volonteers and NGO's work almost impossible. Please STOP EUTHANASIA without well documented reason .Change the low!
