Nell'Agosto del 2021 LAV Bergamo condivide questa notizia sui social media:
"Si chiama Andra l'elefantessa 62enne che si è accasciata per una colica renale nell'area privata che accoglie il circo Rolando Orfei, nel Comune di Azzano San Paolo. L'elefantessa - riporta Bergamonews - adesso starebbe meglio e sarà nuovamente in pista come principale attrazione del circo (!)
Vergogna senza limiti, quindi, non solo per non aver disposto lo stop all'esibizione dell'anziano pachiderma, ma per aver costruito su di lei l'immagine del circo.
Se solo avete un sentimento di pietà nei confronti degli animali abusati, non lasciate che la spettacolarizzazione della loro sofferenza funga da richiamo per voi e le vostre famiglie. Ma prendetene le distanze".

"Andra is a 62-year-old elephant who collapsed due to renal colic at the Rolando Orfei Circus, in the Municipality of Azzano San Paolo. The elephant - reports Bergamonews - will be back performing as the main attraction of the circus (!)
Unlimited shame, therefore, not only for not having put an end to the performance of the elderly pachyderm, but also for having built the image of the circus on her.
If you have a feeling of pity towards abused animals, don't let the spectacle of their suffering act as a reminder for you and your families. Distance yourself from this".
