Obviously, the Dallas County Commissioners are NOT going to do anything about these horrible people who harmed me and put me in fear every day for the rest of my life. And obviously, the police did NOT give me a fair and impartial investigation and will not release MY report as the Complainant. The PD has not even offered to provide me any protection because they simply do NOT care if a gay man is attacked, beaten to a pulp or killed. There are still hate groups out there who attack people in my culture and kill them to show their contempt and intolerance to the gay community. I refuse for Parkland officials, Dallas County Commissioners and the Dallas County Police Dept to impose this type of living condition, instilling and allowing the Defendants to instill fear in me for every single day of my life. I am also worried about the safety of one of my immediate family members, whose address was on this 178-page document and still resides at that address. I must file an FBI complaint!
