On March 31st Boston Properties and the Reston Town Center Association promised several public meetings and more dialogue about the plans for paid parking at RTC. Those empty pledges were made to a packed ballroom of concerned citizens at the Hyatt. Months passed on no additional public meetings were announced or held. Then yesterday happened and the Reston Town Center issued a press release announcing the paid parking program.
