More police pursuits

Something needs to change. What can be done to stop these hooligans speeding around our areas. Maybe our council needs to start removing people from Bradford. A decision needs to be made as we've had way too many deaths in this little town. Rather than blocking roads off and making it harder on ambulances maybe we should be moving these jokes out of Bradford, desirably into a police cell. Anyone got a better idea??
