Final Appeal Hearing On-Site This Tuesday, 9:30am. Please Attend in Support.

The final hearing of the developer's appeal against North Sydney Council's refusal of the proposed 54–64 Barry Street development will take place this Tuesday, 3 November, commencing at 9:30am on site.
We would greatly appreciate your attendance to demonstrate the significant and ongoing community interest in this matter.
Up to six residents representing the most directly affected neighbouring properties will have the opportunity to speak to the Commissioner about the impacts of the proposal.
Please note that attendees who are not registered to speak are welcome to attend as observers only and must follow the Commissioner's directions throughout the proceedings. We also ask everyone to maintain the constructive and respectful approach that has characterised our community response throughout this process.
What happens next?
For those unfamiliar with the process, this is a formal court proceeding. The developer appealed to the NSW Land and Environment Court after North Sydney Council refused the proposal on multiple grounds.
Once the site inspection is completed, proceedings will return to the Court in Macquarie Street, where the public is welcome to attend. The Court will then determine whether the development should be approved or refused.
The on-site hearing represents the community's final opportunity to directly participate in the proceedings and have its concerns heard.
Thank you again for your continued support. We hope to see you on Tuesday!
