HBUHSD superintendent & Executive Board you are not only invited, but encouraged to read this petition and the comments being posted. Some are first hand accounts, others stories told from family members, and parents who are living this out as their child's high school experience. A district and school's top priority is student safety and the students best interest. This does not seem to be the case where Michelle Spencer has been allowed to make decision in the baseball program or in other sports programs at Marina. Maybe it is time for the district to investigate the actions of Michelle Spencer as well.
