Gatlyn Cooper a Junior at Jim Ned High School in Tuscola TX believes it’s up to him and his family as to whether or not he participates in sports this fall.  He believes this for all athletes ( volleyball, basketball, cross country etc.) His family realizes the risk involved but also believe it’s their choice. Please sign this petition to send a message to the UIL and Gov. Abbott. We need school and we need sports!

We have no idea how long this virus can continue and we need to learn how to adapt and live our lives as normal as possible. Shutting down all aspects of school activities just isn’t the answer. Let the student the athletes have a voice in their future.
