We, the undersigned, are actively attempting to put a stop to administrative bullying at Carmichael’s Area School District.  We, the undersigned, define administrative bullying as a pattern of conduct, rooted in a power differential, that threatens, harms, humiliates, induces fear in or causes students substantial emotional stress.

          Administrative bullying is a hidden torture to the students and families involved.  What presents itself as minute favoritism, often more times than not, adds up to unfathomable psychological warfare in our school systems state wide.  In Carmichael’s Area School District alone there have been numerous reported accounts of this breed of bullying.  The High School Principal has proven to be one of the most notorious offenders!  She has proven to regularly write false disciplinary reports resulting in excessive and unjustifiable discipline.  If the accused juvenile refuses to sign such reports, she proceeds to intimidate the juvenile with additional discipline.  The principal has proven to exhibit discrimination, preference, prejudice and unfairness.  She displays an ugly undercurrent of mean-spirited and disdainful conduct toward students daily. This conduct that has been tolerated and buried constitutes a corruption of the role of an educator/administrator.  This behavior does enormous damage to students, faculty and the public’s faith in schools.  Along with the principal are several faculty members whom accompany her and wage a daily reign of terror over students and their families.  We, the undersigned, can attest to this evidence.

          At Carmichael’s Area School District there have been various reports and accounts of sexual harassment, biased discipline, continuing retaliation, verbal abuse, assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, internet violations, and educational nepotism, which continue to occur despite the numerous complaints of concerned parents and students.                                                                 

          We, the undersigned, are requesting change to this district’s educational system’s bullying policies and guidelines.  We would like to see the proper infractions enforced regardless of whom the student is related to, regardless of the status of the student (captain of the football team, star athlete, daughter/son of administrators, academic achievers, etc.), and regardless of personal opinion of a student.  We, the undersigned, have lengthy documentation or attestation of occurrences where the administration has proven to show biased discipline.  We, the undersigned, have voiced our concerns to the administration and it has fallen on deaf ears.

          Due to the plentiful and diverse complaints expressed by every parent and student, we, the undersigned, are taking action.  We can no longer tolerate the deception and duplicity that occurs within the administration at Carmichaels Area School District.  Scores of our youth are tortured and their education is suffering severely.  Administrators that were put in place to protect our children while under their care and responsibility, are crippling our children.      

          We, the undersigned, are willing to provide any and all documentation of these events including but not limited to; personal experiences, documented incidences, verbal recollection, emails, and phone conversations proving the lack of regard by Carmichael’s Area School District, as well as, unprofessionalism.  We, the undersigned, acknowledge the endless discrimination and inequality we are facing every day with this district and want it to cease.  These manifestations have gone without a voice for a lengthy amount of time.  We, the undersigned, demand it is now imperative that each and every voice is heard and noted.  We, the undersigned, are determined to suppress this behavior and absolute deceit of the administration of Carmichael’s Area School District.
